You have relevant experience in a similar role and a recognised third level qualification.
You are dynamic and passionate about what you do – not afraid to get stuck in and roll up your sleeves.

You are organised. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are extremely customer focused.
You enjoy dealing with users/customers and understand their value.

About the job…
The role primarily involves 1st and 2nd line desktop customer support.
You will take full ownership of all calls from initial logging, through to resolution within SLA, follow up and sign off.
It also involves in house software and hardware troubleshooting, resolution finding and testing, off site IT support, third party liaising, installation/upgrade preparation and roll out, among other tasks to be discussed at interview stage.
We will help you to grow and develop your skills within this varied role, with on the job training and plenty of support from your colleagues.
Primarily based at our offices in Bridge Street, Sligo there will be a requirement to visit customer sites from time to time.
It is therefore essential that you are a car owner and have a full driver's license.
